How Can I Cancel My Account? (KB10000020)

At CRMBOOST we value your business and work hard to make sure our service meets or exceeds your expectations and requirements. As a software development company, we can fully customize your account to your specific needs. Please contact your sales representative or email us at info@crmboost.com to discuss your customization requirements.

You can also change the number of users to fit your budget. Keep in mind that the more users the lower the cost per seat.

If you still wish to cancel your account, please proceed to export all your data and send an email to billing@crmboost.com from an administrative email under the account requesting the cancellation.

Very important, the email request has to come from an email that has administrative rights in your company account.

Account cancellation are subject to 30 days prior notice. If your billing cycle falls within the 30 days notification period, you are still required to pay for that period. Payments are not pro-rated and accounts are set to expire 30 days from acknowledgement of your account cancellation.

You may also fax your request to 786-230-8533. Cancellations cannot be requested verbally and must reach our billing department. You may also send us a mailed request to:
