How Can I Attach A Document To An Email? (KB10000028)

To attach a document into an email sent from CRM Boost:

1. Locate the lead or account.

2. Click the email of the person to open popup email client window.

3. Scroll down on the Email Composer window.

4. Click Upload File.

5. Browse to the file you wish to attac

6. Click Upload.

7. This file will be uploaded into your documents tab.

8. Once upload has been confirmed, click to continue.

9. Scroll down and locate the file you with you attach.

10.  Click "Insert Link" next to the file.

            

11. The URL containing the file will be inserted into the body of your message.

12.  You can change the test of the URL to something else, such as CLICK HERE.

13.  Complete your message and click SEND.

CRM Boost only allows sending documents in the form of a link.
