How Do I Store/upload A Document? (KB10000014)

1. Click DOCUMENTS from the tabs on the top.

2. Click Browse or Choose File button to locate file.

               

3. Locate and choose the file on your local computer.
4. Enter a description for the file you wish to upload.
5. Set the file to Private or Public. PUBLIC allows you to share the document with other users in your company.
6. Click UPLOAD.
7. Wait for confirmation of uploaded file.
8. Click "CLICK HERE" to go back to documents listing.

Documents can also be stored independently within Leads, Accounts, Vendors, Opportunities, and Support Cases. Simply go to the corresponding module's detail page and scroll down to click on the sub-tab for Documents.
