All images or documents used in an email campaign must be upload to CRM Boost. ( See tutorial " how to upload files into CRM Boost")

Images will be display on the left side while documents on the right in the Email Editor window

 

 

To insert an image into the template, first select the area you wish to insert the images by clicking on the email body then click "Insert Image".
 

To insert a document, click on the area you wish to insert the file then click "Insert Link".

Files will be display as URL links (See tutorial  "How to create Hyperlinks" to modify link presentation)
