How To Create A Note For An Account? (KB10000066)

1. Search for your Account through the search field on the left, or by clicking the Account tab and Account browser on the top and locate your account.

2. Click the Account company name or contact name to go into the Account Detail.

3. Scroll down to the Note section. Click on "Add notes".

4. Type your notes and click on "Save Notes"

5. Your notes will be added to the notes section below with the date stamp and time stamp and by whom.
